I walked into the Halliday Homes office on a whim after a poor and disheartening experience with another local agent, and I’m so glad I did! From the second I stepped into the Linlithgow office I was blown away by the teams’ knowledge, professionalism, and their enthusiasm. I immediately decided that despite them being new to the Linlithgow market, they were the agents best suited to me and my property. They absolutely didn’t let me down – I decided to make it difficult for them by having an offer accepted on a new property before my house was even ready to go on the market! I called them up in a panic and they were full of advice and we planned out a timeline to get the house on the market ASAP and I was reassured that they were going to give it 100% to ensure we sold the house in the timeframe I needed to ensure my purchase went through. We had around 4 weeks to sell and managed it within 2 thanks to their tireless efforts. I couldn’t have been happier and even when things were delayed due to lockdown, Halliday Homes kept us informed and oversaw everything until the point we handed over the keys. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell!
