When we came to sell the house at Doune we had very little knowledge of the local market so asked around and Halliday Homes was recommended to us by our lawyer. We then went to meet Grant at their Bridge of Allan office and discovered a young, dynamic team who really know and understand the local market. We were guided through the selling process and given first class support throughout. At the same time, we really appreciated their no-nonsense but friendly approach when it came to setting up the marketing brochure, then selling the house. The photographs were excellent – and the presentation just right. The temptation to embellish descriptions of the house was avoided, with a strong emphasis on conveying the facts. This is the kind of thing that buyers as well as sellers can really appreciate in a market which is all too often dominated by gratuitous superlatives. As for the sale itself, it went through really smoothly, with Marie and the team behind her constantly on the ball, ensuring that we completed the sale without a hitch
