Fues, Auchterarder – Mr Mitchell

We recently sold a property in Auchterarder, it’s not a town I’ve seen many of Halliday Homes marketing boards in, but being less than impressed with the local agent offering I spoke with Austin and discussed the property and if it would work for both parties to list something out-with their usual catchment, and we went with it. The team turned up as arranged and efficiently went through the process of writing up the property descriptions/details while also taking an array of photographs. A simple straight forward process with the guys just getting on with it efficiently. As it happens one of the first batch of viewers offered and subsequently bought the property, again a very straight forward process with Marie working away between parties. Everything was beautifully efficient, and a welcome change from previous experiences with other agents. Thank you.
