I had to sell my late father’s house in Bridge of Allan which is 50 miles from where I live. Austin met me there to discuss what Halliday Homes could offer and it very much suited my requirements being a remote seller of an empty property.

I dealt with Marie who was very proactive and frequently in contact. If Marie wasn’t available, other team members were usually up-to-speed with the sale. Also, messages left were passed on quickly to Marie and answered.

Pulling together the home report was done quickly. One offer was made after about a month on the market. Unfortunately that fell through when the buyer could not secure finance. This did not stop the team at Halliday Homes kicking back into action for a second time and securing a second offer which completed.

I would highly recommend the team at Halliday Homes for making the process smooth and stress-free.

We would highly recommend Austin and his team at both the Bridge of Allan office and Auchterarder office for buying and selling, having recently done both through Hallidays. We initially met with Austin and chatted through the selling process and valuation; he has a relaxed but professional manner which was a definite plus for us and he clearly had very good knowledge of the local housing market. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept up to date at all times and everyone was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable and responses were always in a timely manner. Grant and Marie at the Bridge of Allan office and Zara at the Auchterarder office were brilliant. Hayley, the photograper who came to take the photos for our house sale was also brilliant and takes excellent photos. Overall, a first class experience selling and buying with Hallidays.
