The market is starting to find its mojo, there are so many buyers out there! Last week we received 26 offers for one property at closing date. We are urging all our clients to take advantage of this before the market becomes saturated in the Spring.

In Bridge of Allan, the team listed 17 new properties and agreed 16 sales. In Linlithgow, the team followed suit with 7 new listings and 8 sales were agreed.

We are being asked out to more and more valuations now, so we are looking forward to these numbers increasing in the coming weeks.
