We hope you are well and full re-energized (or most likely needing a further break) after the Easter holidays!

April has been another great month for the team, not only on the sale/lettings side of the business as we have teamed up with Raro Media to create some unique marketing content. Have you noticed any of our new videos lately? If so, let us know what you think.

For those who like to see the monthly figures, here you are – our Bridge of Allan team listed 17 new listings and agreed 17 sales. In Linlithgow, the team followed suit with 11 new listings and 7 sales were agreed.

The Halliday Homes Collection – As we already know, come April 1st, the upper end of market starts the wake up! The Collections team listed 3 properties over £600,000 with the highest value property at £1,250,000. We agreed sales on 2 of these to date.
